Just started chapter 11 of MARY FOX. Only 37 more chapters to go! Will I finish this year? Only time will tell. But the story has been going nicely, with no dead days, so I'm hoping to be done before Christmas, even if it is currently expected to be 800+ pages.
Stay tuned.

Been busy working on MARY FOX. 181 pages into it so far and not even a third into the story as of yet. This is going to be a big story. Also, I am going to have my artist do illustrations for it, the way we did it for MALCOLM BRASS; we have all summer to figure it out. As far as my other titles, I have decided that there will be no more sales or discounted prices. People had their chances during past sales. One sale in the month of May is discouraging enough, without putting on a sale and having no one bother to take advantage.
Back to writing. Beginning to wonder why I even bother to put my titles up for sale anymore. No one purchases them. I lower prices. No one buys. Yes, it's probably a case of the Mondays, and my back pain isn't helping matters or mood either. Back to writing...
HURRY UP AND WAIT will be on sale until tomorrow. $1.99. It will be back to $4.99 after tomorrow night! Jump on it!
Been busy the last few weeks.
Started MARY FOX, which will be a complete reboot of NEXTDOOR, and might even be larger than MALCOLM BRASS, which clocks in at 700+ pages. This one will take quite a while to complete and I don't expect the first draft to be done until late autumn, earliest. Also, PITY has been dropped in price to 99¢ for the Kindle edition. Most of my other titles (excluding Hurry Up and Wait and Malcolm Brass) are priced at $1.99 now. Back to work on MARY FOX. Stay tuned. Changing the price for the majority of my titles on Kindle. They should reflect the new $1.99 per title soon!
www.amazon.com/Steven-Brown/e/B009WYDQ8I/ref=ntt_dp_epwbk_0 Just uploaded SCARY SPOTS. This is a prequel to ECHOES and tells how the group gathered and what happened to them before their fateful trip to Washington state.
Stay tuned. Uploaded. Should be available for Kindle later today.
Stay tuned. Wow, that was a brutal month! Two sales. TWO! And none for HURRY UP AND WAIT whatsoever. Had several 99¢ sales, and nothing. Almost makes a guy want to give up. But this writer will just keep writing, and hope April brings a better audience. Obviously, the ones I have been reaching out to through various social media are not the reading type! Might have to rethink things, Sure, I have been getting several RTs every time I post on Twitter (and appreciate every single one!), but obviously Twitter isn't driving business to my titles whatsoever. And as far as Facebook, well, I am not a large presence on that site anyway. Need to come up with something, especially with my latest story hitting Kindle probably later this week.
Stay tuned. The new book is almost done and will be titled THREE FALLING STARS. It's about the dark side of Hollywood. Call it the mirror-image companion piece to HURRY UP AND WAIT. Should be done and up on Kindle by next week.
572 views on Tuesday, but not a single purchase via the links I offered? Wow... You would think even 1% would go ahead and try, but... nothing. Oh, well. When life gives you lemons... sell them lemons online!
Multiverse... another dimension... whatever you want to call it. What happens when the two begin to merge? Enter NextDoor to find out! The first adventure of one of my favorite characters: Mary Fox.
Would have made a great movie, but... at least we have the story.
Another semi-autobiographical story. Some incidents are true, a lot not true. You decide.
Semi-autobiographical. The reason why the writer will never go to Eastern Washington state. Ever again.
Malcolm Brass. The American Columbus. The last great adventurer.
3 stories. 1 about alien possession, 1 about alien romance, and 1 about alien war.
On sale! 99¢! Fantasy about a guy having the "Best Day Ever," a story about the USS Indianapolis, strangeness in a neighborhood "Cut-De-Sac," and a new Malcolm Brass adventure! All for less than a dollar for a limited time! GRAB IT!
